GENERAL

PowaWalker Ltd is fully responsible for any warranties, guarantees, servicing, parts or repairs if required by the customer in respect of any PowaWalker product sold via this website. Your trolley will be supplied with a years warranty from the date of purchase and your statutory rights are not affected.There are no promotional offers in conjunction with any transaction processed via this website.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Faulty Goods: If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition. We will collect the product from you for inspection. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. If your purchase develops a fault after 14 days and within its 12 month guarantee period we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only). We will either handle the servicing ourselves or direct you via one of our authorised agents. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange. If our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your unit the full cost of the service call will be charged to your credit/debit card account.

Damaged Goods: Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you are unable to check the goods at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order no. and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds: Refunds will be applied to the payment card used for the original transaction. Refunds will be made within 28 days of goods arriving at our warehouse.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We aim to provide our customers with complete satisfaction in the products and services we provide. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new and unused, and in it's original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise. This allows you to shop in complete confidence - buying online is no different from purchasing your goods from one of our retail stores or our mail order catalogue.

What does it mean to you, the consumer? If a product fails to meet with your expectations, return it to us and depending on your wishes, we will either:

1. Credit you the full value of the goods to be used against a subsequent purchase.

2. Arrange a full refund for the product, payable by the original method used to buy the goods.

In instances where there is no fault with the original product, we may make a small charge for delivering replacement goods
